I have a batch of digital text documents that need to be transferred manually into the format I will specify once we begin (most likely an Excel sheet or an online form). Because the work is strictly manual data entry, accuracy and consistency are essential—no automated scraping or copy-paste shortcuts.

The files will be shared as downloadable digital PDFs, ready for you to open and transcribe. I’ll give clear field-by-field guidelines, a small sample to start, and a simple naming convention so everything stays organized.

Deliverables

• 99 % accuracy minimum (I will audit a random sample)
