Manual Records to CSV Entry
Budget: $2 – $8 USD
I have a collection of handwritten and printed sheets that contain a mix of names, addresses, reference numbers, and other figures. I need every line transcribed with care into a clean, well-structured text file—CSV is my preferred layout, but a tab-delimited TXT is fine as long as it’s consistent throughout.
You’ll be working directly from the original manual records I supply as scans (PDF or images). The job is straightforward but detail-oriented: text must remain exactly as written, numbers must stay precise, and each field needs the correct delimiter so that I can import the file into other tools without extra cleanup.
Deliverables:
• A single CSV (or uniformly formatted TXT) containing all captured entries
• Basic validation that totals or counts match the source sheets
• A brief note highlighting any illegible items or ambiguities you encounter
If you are comfortable with careful data entry and can turn around accurate files promptly, let’s get started.
