Manual Numerical Data Collection in Excel -- 2
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I have a stack of paper and PDF forms that capture only numerical responses, and I need every single figure transferred accurately into a clean Excel workbook. Each form also has to be checked for completeness as you go, so any missing or unclear values are flagged right away instead of slipping through unnoticed.
You will be key-entering the numbers manually—no automated import tools are available for these documents—so reliable attention to detail is crucial. When you finish, I expect to receive one well-structured Excel file with the numbers laid out exactly as they appear on the forms, plus a short notes sheet listing any anomalies you spotted (blank fields, illegible handwriting, obvious calculation errors, duplicates, etc.).
Deliverable acceptance criteria:
• All forms represented, every numeric field populated or clearly marked “missing/illegible.”
• Workbook opens error-free in current Excel versions.
• No text or formatting drift—cells should remain strictly numeric unless noted otherwise.
• Cross-totals (where forms include them) reconcile between source and sheet at 100 %.
If you’re comfortable with precise data entry and form checking, I’d love to get this started right away.
