I have several batches of hand-written and printed input forms that need to be digitised accurately. The forms contain a mix of text fields and numerical values—names, addresses, reference codes, quantities, dates, and similar information.
Your job is to read each form and key every field into a clean, well-structured CSV file that I can import directly into my system. Consistency in spelling, number formatting, and column order is essential, so please double-check entries before submitting the file. I will provide a sample template with the exact column headers to follow, plus a small set of completed rows so you can see the standard I’m after.
Deliverable
• One CSV file containing all records from the supplied forms, error-free and formatted according to the template.
