Manual Entry From Paper Documents

I have a batch of handwritten and printed paper records that need to be keyed in by hand. The job is 100 percent manual data entry—no OCR or automated scraping—so accuracy and an eye for detail are critical. You’ll be working directly from the physical documents; I will supply high-resolution scans (PDF) or, if preferred, mailed copies so you can read every character clearly.

What matters most is a clean, error-free digital file that mirrors the source exactly. Please plan on a short verification step: once the first portion is complete, I’ll spot-check against the originals and return any notes before you move on to the rest.

Deliverables
• A complete, double-checked dataset in the digital format we agree on (Excel, CSV, or similar).
• A summary of any unreadable fields or anomalies flagged during entry.
