I have a collection of physical documents that now need to live in a clean, well-structured Excel workbook. Every line will be entered manually—no OCR or automated tools—so accuracy and consistency are essential.

Here’s what I need from you:
• Carefully read each document and key the information into the corresponding columns of an Excel spreadsheet I’ll provide.
• Double-check spellings, figures, and any dates to make sure they match the originals exactly.
• Flag anything you cannot decipher so I can review it quickly.

Once everything is complete, send back the final .xlsx file along with a brief note summarising any uncertainties or anomalies you found. If you have experience handling mixed formats (printed text, handwritten notes, forms, etc.), mention it; flexibility here is a plus.

That’s the scope—straightforward, but attention to detail will make all the difference.
