Manual Data Entry from Images

I have a collection of scanned images that need to be transcribed by hand into an Excel spreadsheet. Every value on each image—names, numbers, dates, and any notes—must be entered exactly as shown, preserving spelling, symbols, and original formatting where practical.

Accuracy is more important than speed: I will run spot checks against the source scans, so entries must match character-for-character. Please keep cell alignment consistent and use plain text (no formulas).

Deliverable: a single, clean .xlsx file containing all records, ready for immediate use.
