I have a collection of digital files—mainly PDFs and Word documents—that need to be transferred accurately into a structured Excel spreadsheet. Everything must be keyed in manually; no scraping tools or automated scripts this time, as I want full control over data integrity and formatting.
Scope
• Open each file, read the content, and enter the required fields into the spreadsheet I provide.
• Keep the column order, naming conventions, and any cell-level notes I include.
• Double-check for typos, misplaced numbers, and inconsistent capitalization before you mark the row complete.
Delivery & Checkpoint
Send back the completed Excel file. If the project runs longer than a single session, we can agree on interim versions so I can review progress and offer clarifications.
