I will supply clear scans of each page, and I need every field—names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, account numbers, and any notes—key-punched with 100 % accuracy into an Excel spreadsheet that mirrors the column structure I will share.

This is purely manual data entry, no automated scraping or OCR. Consistency is critical: please preserve the exact spelling and capitalization found on the originals, flagging any illegible items so I can confirm them before final delivery.

Deliverables
• Completed Excel file containing all customer records, fully cross-checked
• A brief log of any ambiguous entries or missing data you encounter

• Error rate below 0.5 % on a random sample I will audit
• All required fields present and aligned with my template
