Long-Term Event Calendar Data Entry
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
Each week I will send you a batch of links to venue calendars—think Olympia Hall in Paris and another 69,999 locations worldwide. Your task is simple in concept yet demanding in scale: pull every public event for the following week and place it in our central calendar platform.
Accuracy matters more than speed. I expect you to combine manual checks with whatever automated routines you trust so that dates, start times, artist or event names, and venue details land in the right fields without typos or duplicates. Concerts come first; once those are in, feel free to move on to conferences, exhibitions, or anything else the venue lists.
You decide how many locations you can realistically cover each week and let me know before you start. I prefer consistent throughput over heroic one-off sprints, so pace yourself.
Deliverables for every venue you handle:
• Every concert scheduled for the coming week, entered in our calendar with date, time, event title, and venue name exactly as published
• Source URL attached to each entry for quick cross-checking
• Zero duplicates and no missing mandatory fields
If your workflow passes a quick spot-check—no mismatched dates, no empty fields—we keep going long-term. I’ll be on hand to answer questions, but how you gather the data is up to you; reliable results are what count.
