Long-Term Data Entry Assistant

I’m looking for someone I can rely on day-in, day-out to keep my data organised, accurate and up to date. The work will be ongoing, so consistency and attention to detail matter more to me than sheer speed. You’ll receive raw information in whichever format my team happens to use—sometimes a spreadsheet, other times a CSV export, or even a direct database view—and you’ll transpose, verify and format it so it’s ready for reporting and analysis.

Because this relationship will stretch over months rather than weeks, I value clear communication and a routine you can commit to. I normally set daily or weekly targets, share a short brief with field definitions, and expect the completed file returned before the agreed cut-off. If any values look odd, flag them rather than guessing; I’d rather fix an issue at source than amplify it downstream.

Deliverables I’ll measure:
• Clean, fully entered dataset by each deadline we set
• Consistent field formatting that matches the template I provide
• A brief note of any anomalies or missing records you encountered
