Key Contact Data Enrichment

I have a spreadsheet with 230 company names and need it completed with accurate decision-maker details. For each account I want the primary point of contact who matches one of these roles: Business Owner, Head of Partnerships/VP, or VP of Business Development. Once the right person is identified, I need their LinkedIn profile, email address, and a phone number (direct line or main line are both acceptable). Please also confirm the company’s website URL if it is missing.

Deliverable
• One enriched spreadsheet (Excel or Google Sheets) with a row per company containing:
– First and last name of the chosen contact
– Job title used to select them
– LinkedIn profile URL
– Email address (validated, low bounce risk)
– Phone number
– Company website URL

I will review a small sample first to make sure we are aligned on contact seniority and data quality before proceeding with the full list. Tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo, Hunter, or similar are fine as long as the final data is clean and up to date.
