Kenwood KPG 111D Data Entry

Job ID: 40083112

Budget: $30 – $250 CAD

I have several Excel files that hold mixed data (text and numbers) for a fleet of Kenwood radios. Your task is to take every line from those spreadsheets and manually key it into Kenwood’s KPG 111D programming software so the final file can be flashed straight to the radios. First you must purchase($20US) the software from a reputable dealer on ebay(i can recommend) - will reimburse).

You will receive the source Excel sheets with approximately 90 channels so you can see exactly where each field—channel name, receive/transmit frequency, CTCSS, remarks and so on—belongs inside KPG 111D. Accuracy is critical; a single digit out of place can disable a channel.

Acceptance criteria
• All records from every supplied sheet are present in KPG 111D.
• Text strings match the source spelling and spacing.
• Frequencies and other numbers copy over without rounding or truncation.
• The resulting .dat file opens in KPG 111D with no validation errors.

Once the data is entered and saved, send me the KPG 111D file plus a quick export back to Excel so I can cross-check. If you are already familiar with Kenwood CPS tools, let me know—that will speed things up, though I’m happy to clarify any step.

I own the software as well. But the license key is only good for 1 user. Hence the reason you need to buy the software and key yourself, and manually input the data.

I have a second task after if this one is successful. Another excel file with 300 channels.
