Jotform Expense Workflow & Report
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I use Jotform to gather expense vouchers and now want to automate the approval cycle and see a clean, repeatable report at the end. Your job is to design a single Jotform workflow in which every submission is routed to our Finance team for approval, then logged for tracking.
Here’s what success looks like:
• Use fully-built Jotform form (already created) that captures all voucher details I specify and triggers the Approval Flow feature.
• An approval step assigned exclusively to the Finance team; they must be able to approve, deny, or request clarification directly from the notification email or their Jotform Inbox.
• A standard, shareable Jotform Report (Table or PDF) that updates in real time once a voucher is approved so I can monitor status and totals without extra exports.
• Clear hand-off notes showing me how to add new approvers or edit report fields in the future.
I already have a Jotform account with Approval Flow enabled, so you can work directly in it once I add you as a collaborator. I’m looking for someone who knows the Jotform form builder, Approval Flow, conditional logic, and Report Builder well enough to finish and test this quickly.
