Create a document in Excell or similar where we can document all invoices with the columns - date, client, invoice number, payment date
We need to have the newest invoices at the top of the spread sheet.
Can search for an invoice using client or inv number.
Must be able to edit the entry’s
Must not be able to lose any of the information
Needs to be able to total up the amounts month - month
Be an ongoing template for invoice information storage for up to 20 years
