I have an Excel spreadsheet that lists a wide mix of commercial and multifamily properties—everything from retail, healthcare and hospitality buildings to larger apartment communities. What the file does NOT contain, and what I need from you, is the complete, personal name or names of the individuals who actually own each property-holding entity.
Here is the scope in plain terms:
• Work directly in the Excel file I supply (no format changes).
• For every row, research and fill in a new column with the verified, full legal name(s) of the true owner(s) behind the business entity on title.
• No partial initials, trusts without beneficiaries, or LLC names—only the human being(s) who control the company.
Accuracy is crucial, so please rely on authoritative sources such as state corporate registries, county assessor records, deed filings, or reputable commercial-data platforms. I will spot-check results; the job is complete once every row has a matching, documented owner name.
