HubSpot CRM Data Entry Support

I’m looking for reliable help keeping our HubSpot portal clean, current, and accurate. The work is 100 % data entry inside the CRM—no spreadsheets, databases, or other tools—so you should already feel comfortable navigating HubSpot’s contact, company, and deal records.

Your primary responsibility will be to take raw lead information I supply (usually in CSV or through shared notes), enter it into HubSpot, and immediately update any existing records that need correcting. Accuracy is critical: names, email addresses, custom property values, and lifecycle stages all have to be entered exactly as provided so our automations continue to fire correctly.

Turnaround times are short, often same-day for small batches, and I’ll review each submission inside HubSpot. I’ll provide detailed field-mapping instructions at the start, plus ongoing feedback so we stay perfectly aligned.

Deliverable
• All assigned records entered or updated in HubSpot, fully error-checked and saved, with a brief confirmation note sent once the batch is complete.
