HubSpot CRM Data Cleanup

I use HubSpot as my CRM, but the records have grown messy and unreliable. I’m looking for someone to jump in, audit what’s already there, and clean it up so every field is accurate, consistent, and ready for reporting.

The data you’ll be working with includes:
• Customer contact information
• Purchase history
• Customer support interactions

Your focus is on the existing database—not on importing new files. I need duplicates merged, incomplete or wrongly-formatted fields corrected, and each contact properly linked to its related deals and tickets. Feel free to leverage HubSpot’s native tools, workflows, and any external spreadsheets or scripts you normally use, as long as everything ends up back in HubSpot clean and organized.

Deliverables
• A fully cleaned CRM with standardized fields and no duplicates
• A brief summary report outlining what you fixed, the methods you used, and any data-hygiene tips I should follow going forward
