HubSpot CRM Contact Setup

I need my new HubSpot portal configured so it works as a clean, reliable CRM hub. My main objective is CRM management—email marketing and sales automation can wait until the core data foundation is solid.

The immediate focus is contact management, with a priority on importing and organizing existing contacts. I will supply CSV exports from several sources; these need to be mapped to the right HubSpot properties, deduplicated, and tagged so the database is usable from day one.

Deliverables
• Import all provided contact files into HubSpot, resolving duplicates and mapping every field correctly.
• Organize contacts into logical lists or segments that mirror my business needs (e.g., customers, prospects, partners).
• Document the import process and property mappings so I can repeat or adjust them later.

HubSpot’s native import tools, property settings, and list-builder should be enough, but if you prefer a trusted integration app, let me know so we can approve access.

Also need 30 minutes of training on how to use Hubspot.
