Historical Events Data Entry Project
Budget: €6 – €12 EUR
I’m looking for someone who can comb through Wikipedia, verify the facts, and then enter concise, well-sourced information about historical events into my proprietary backend system. Each record usually needs the event name, date, location, a brief description, and the relevant citation link.
You’ll have direct access to the software and a short field-by-field guide so you know exactly where everything goes. Accuracy and consistency matter more than speed; if a date or detail is unclear on Wikipedia, I’d like you to flag it rather than guess. I can run a quick screen-share to walk you through the workflow before you begin.
Please let me know about any previous experience you have researching online sources and entering structured data, and include a rough idea of how many records you can process per hour once you’re familiar with the system.
