Hindi Voter List Excel Conversion

I have a voter list saved as a multi-page PDF in Hindi. The information is laid out in clear tables, so no image-based OCR should be necessary. I need every voter’s Name, Address and Voter ID transferred accurately into a single Excel workbook as soon as possible.
Please keep the original Hindi script intact and preserve the order in which the records appear. Consistency matters, so each column must line up perfectly for later database import.
