I have a steady stream of healthcare-related forms that must be transcribed quickly and with absolute accuracy into our online system. Most files arrive as scanned PDFs; I will share them through Google Drive. Your task is simply to transfer every field into the corresponding web form, double-checking spelling, dates, and numeric values before submission.

A medical background is not required, but an eye for detail is essential because patient names, prescription codes, and insurance numbers cannot contain typos. If you already work confidently with typical data-entry tools—Chrome autofill blockers, basic Excel for cross-checking totals, or any preferred keystroke-automation software—feel free to use them as long as the final entries match the source documents exactly.

I will begin with a paid pilot batch of 50 forms. Once those are verified, the assignment can expand to several hundred forms per month. Please let me know:
