I have a stack of handwritten documents that mix text and numeric information on every page. I need each field transcribed with complete accuracy into a clean, well-structured Excel workbook that mirrors the original layout and field order.

You will receive high-resolution scans of the handwritten pages. Your job is to read every word and number, enter them into the correct columns, and apply consistent spelling, punctuation, and number formatting so the file is ready for immediate analysis. A quick double-check for obvious data entry errors is essential; I’m aiming for a near-zero error rate.

Deliverable: one Excel file containing all pages, clearly labelled worksheets if multiple sheets are needed, and no stray marks or empty columns. If you notice illegible sections, flag them in a separate “Notes” column so I can review.

Familiarity with Excel functions such as data validation or conditional formatting will help you catch mistakes before delivery, but the core requirement is careful manual entry from handwritten source to spreadsheet.
