I have a spreadsheet with 460 rows of data (mix of text and numbers) that needs to be entered into a Google Form. I’ll provide both the spreadsheet and a mapping guide that clearly shows which column goes into which form field, so the work is straightforward.

The main requirement is accuracy—every entry must exactly match the source, including number formatting. Once all 460 entries are submitted, I’ll verify everything in the Form’s response sheet.
