Google Drive Media Organizer

Job ID: 40383778

Budget: $10 – $30 USD

My Drive is overflowing with documents, video clips, and photos collected over the years, and I need it turned into a clean, intuitive space I can navigate in seconds. Everything will live in Google Drive, so please be completely comfortable creating folder hierarchies, applying consistent naming conventions, shifting large batches of files, and weeding out duplicates without losing a single original.

Once you have access, I’ll point you to the current mess; from there you’ll propose a simple structure (folders, sub-folders, and file-name format) that lets me locate items by purpose, event, or date. After I approve that outline you can begin sorting, renaming, and moving content. I’m happy to clarify any special groupings—family photos, marketing videos, archived PDFs, and so on—before you dive in.

Deliverables
• A fully organized Google Drive with the agreed-upon folder structure
• A brief “read-me” document explaining the hierarchy and naming rules
• A short report listing files you flagged as duplicates, corrupt, or requiring attention

I’ll consider the job complete when I can open Drive, trace the logic instantly, and find any file within three clicks. If that sounds clear, let’s get started—I’m eager to finally enjoy a tidy digital workspace.
