Global Flight Schedules Data Dump

I need a full (minimum three month) dump of flight schedules worldwide similar to the attached example showing a possible format. The dump should contain data from May onwards. On top I need the legend for the data (airlines codes, airport codes). If you can provide terminals, this would be nice.
With your bid I need a data sample and info where the data is from. Bids without data sample will be completely ignored. I want just a data feed, not a project. If you just want to provide services, you are not welcomed.
If you are able to provide such a feed on a monthly base, please tell me.
