Furniture Listings Excel Consolidation

I need every furniture-related spreadsheet in my current archive—dozens of workbooks, each with several sheets—merged into one clean, e-commerce-ready master file. The raw files already contain SKUs ranging from WC101 through WC232, and I want a “Category” column auto-populated from those codes so I never have to tag items manually again.

Here is the workflow I have in mind:
• Combine every workbook and all internal tabs into a single sheet without duplicating rows, keeping headers consistent across every source file.
• Re-order the columns logically: SKU, Product Name, Category, Description, Bullet Points, Material, Size, Finish, Image Name, Model Code, plus anything else you feel is essential for marketplace uploads.
• Generate new SKU and model codes where gaps exist, and build an image-file naming map that ties each SKU to its corresponding photo set.
• Clean data (trailing spaces, errant capitalisation, merged cells, etc.) so the sheet drops straight into bulk-upload templates.
• Write product descriptions and five-point bullets in the exact style guidelines I will supply (Amazon / Flipkart tone, keyword placement, length limits).

I usually handle my data in Microsoft Excel with Power Query and occasional VBA macros; if you use other tools, that’s fine, but the final deliverable must be a single XLSX file that opens flawlessly in the latest Excel version.

When you apply, include a detailed project proposal outlining:
• Your approach to merging and de-duping data
• The logic you’ll use for category assignment from the WC codes
• How you will validate that descriptions follow my guidelines
