Form Filling Data Entry Task -- 2

I have a batch of roughly 50-200 online forms that must be completed quickly and without errors. All the questions and required field values will be supplied once we start; you simply copy the provided information into each form, double-check for accuracy, and submit.

Accuracy is more important than speed, but I still need the whole set finished within the agreed timeframe. When everything is done, send me a short confirmation report (form IDs and submission timestamps are enough) so I can verify completion.
