I have a spreadsheet with roughly 450 United-States based facilities managers. For every name on that list I still need two precise data points:

• a valid business email address (no personal Gmail, Yahoo, etc.)
• a direct phone number or desk line, not a corporate switchboard

The file already contains first and last names plus company information. Your task is to research, verify, and append the missing email and phone details, then return the completed sheet in the same format (Excel or CSV is fine).

Data quality is key—bounced emails or generic reception numbers will be sent back for correction. Please let me know how quickly you can turn around the full 350-row update and which verification tools or techniques you normally rely on so I can gauge fit and timeline.
