Expo Visiting Cards Harvest

I am attending a trade expo but won’t have the bandwidth to gather and digitise contacts myself, so I need your help. Your task is to collect well over 200 visiting cards on-site, capture only the names and contact details from each card, and return the data as a clean, ready-to-import database file.
A smooth hand-off is essential. Once the cards are photographed or scanned, simply key the name, phone, and email into any common SQL or CSV format so I can drop it straight into our CRM without additional editing. Accuracy matters more than speed; duplicates, typos, and partial records will be rejected.
