Excel VLOOKUP Date Sync
Budget: €8 – €30 EUR
I have two related worksheets in the same workbook. The main sheet needs to display several date-and-time values that currently live on the secondary sheet, and I want this automated with clean, reliable formulas rather than manual copy-paste.
What I already know: a simple VLOOKUP or HLOOKUP should do the trick, but I’m running into errors when trying to return the date/time fields and preserve the proper format. I’d like you to:
• Build or correct the lookup formulas so the right date-time stamp is pulled every time.
• Keep the formulas flexible enough that I can add new rows or columns later without them breaking.
• Make sure the returned values stay in true Excel date/time format so I can run further calculations or filtering.
Speed matters—I’d like this resolved ASAP. Once the file works on your end, send it back with a short note explaining any range names or structural tweaks you introduced so I can maintain it going forward.
