I need a lightweight Excel workbook that lets me keep day-to-day control of stock, issue invoices, and view an at-a-glance balance sheet—all in one file.

• Stock Tracking: an easy-to-update table that logs each product, current quantity, and automatic in-out adjustments. Basic conditional formatting or a simple flag when levels run low will be enough.
• Invoice Generation & Invoice Record: a single-click sheet that pulls items from the stock list into a printable invoice. I will supply a sample so you can match my custom format; the layout doesn’t have to be fancy, just follow the look I provide.
• Balance Sheet: a clear summary sheet that shows opening stock value, sales to date, and current inventory value so I can see profit or loss at a glance.
