Excel Rates Data Entry

I need someone living in ahmedabad who can come to my office once in a week.
I have a growing set of current and historical rates that must be captured and kept tidy in a single, well-structured Excel workbook. The work centres on straightforward data entry and record-keeping; for now I do not need complex formulas, dashboards or macros, but I do need someone who is completely comfortable organising large tables, setting up consistent formatting, adding basic checks (drop-downs, data validation, freeze panes, filters, etc.) and generally keeping the sheet accountant-ready.

You will receive the raw rate sheets in mixed formats (PDF, e-mail exports and scanned images). Your job is to:

• transfer every rate accurately into the workbook
• organise them by date, category and source so I can trace any figure quickly
• apply clear headings and a logical tab structure that lets me update future rates without breaking anything

The final deliverable is the cleaned, fully organised Excel file plus a brief note explaining your tab structure and any validation you added.
