Excel Inventory Data Entry

I have a collection of inventory records stored in a series of PDF files and need every detail transferred accurately into a structured Excel spreadsheet. The task is straightforward—no formulas or analysis—just precise data entry. Product names, SKUs, quantities, and any notes appear consistently in each PDF, so you will simply transcribe what you see, double-check totals, and make sure the spreadsheet mirrors the source documents perfectly.

I will supply all PDFs at the start, and you can work in Microsoft Excel (or a fully compatible alternative). Please keep the original column order I provide and avoid inserting extra formatting: consistency is critical because the file feeds directly into our stock-management system.

Deliverable
• One clean, fully populated .xlsx file that matches the PDFs line-for-line, ready for immediate upload to our database.
