Excel Dedup & HubSpot Import

I have an Excel 365 workbook that holds our list of General contractors that I bid jobs for, each with up to five Deals and one primary Contact. Before I can load everything into HubSpot, I need the sheet cleaned so only unique Deals remain. The key for detecting duplicates is the Deal title itself—if two rows share the same title, the extra ones should be removed, not merged.
Once the file is scrub-clean, I want the entire dataset imported into our HubSpot portal with all relationships preserved: every Company linked to its Deals and to its single Contact. Please handle the mapping inside HubSpot so the objects and associations look exactly as they do in the spreadsheet.
Deliverables:
• A deduplicated Excel 365 file with redundant Deal titles removed
• Successful import confirmation from HubSpot showing Companies, their Deals, and the related Contact all correctly connected
