Excel Data Entry from Scans

I have a collection of handwritten notes and other scanned pages that I need re-typed into a clean, well-structured Excel workbook for personal use. The task is straightforward: transfer each data point exactly as it appears, place it under the correct column heading, and keep the layout consistent throughout the sheet.

You will receive the scans as PDFs. Some handwriting may be less than perfect, so strong attention to detail is essential. No formulas, analysis, or extra formatting are required—this is purely data entry and basic organization such as logical ordering, consistent capitalization, and removal of obvious duplicates.

Deliver the final file as a single .xlsx that opens smoothly in Microsoft Excel. I’ll provide a simple template for column names once we start.

Acceptance criteria:
• Every entry from the scans is captured with zero omissions or typos.
• Column headings match the template I supply.
• File is returned in .xlsx format and passes a quick spot-check for accuracy.
