I have a collection of scanned documents that contain a mix of text fields and numerical figures that must be transcribed into a structured Excel workbook. Each entry needs to be placed in its correct column so that the spreadsheet remains clear and searchable. Accuracy is more important than speed—every value, date, or short note in the scans has to appear exactly as shown, including any decimal points or special characters.
The workflow is straightforward:
• I’ll supply the scans in PDF or high-resolution image format.
• You return a single, clean .xlsx file with all records transferred and double-checked for typos.
No complex formulas or macros are required—just reliable data entry with careful attention to detail. If a figure is illegible, leave the cell blank and flag it so I can verify it later.
