Excel Data Copy to New Workbook

I need to consolidate property data that currently lives in another Excel file into a brand-new workbook. I’ll give you the source file along with the exact sheet names to pull from, and I only want the records that appear on those tabs. No transformations, formulas, or re-formatting are necessary—just a straight copy of the raw values exactly as they are.

The new workbook should contain one clean sheet with these column headers in this order:

Every row that exists in the specified source sheets should appear under the matching columns in the new file.
