Enter Mixed Data from Databases

I have a collection of online databases that contain both text fields and numerical records. I need every relevant entry copied over with perfect accuracy and placed into a single, well-structured file. Because the source information is mixed—names, addresses, figures, dates, and the like—consistent formatting is crucial so that I can run basic sorting and filtering right after import.

You’ll be working directly inside each web portal, extracting the data, and transferring it into a clean spreadsheet. I’m comfortable with either Excel or Google Sheets; let me know which one you prefer so we can align on the final file type before you start.

Quality control matters more to me than speed. Please plan to double-check totals, look out for typos in longer text strings, and make sure that numeric columns stay numeric. If something in a record is ambiguous or missing, flag it rather than guessing.
