Employment Application Verification Specialist
Budget: £250 – £750 GBP
I need support handling a steady flow of employment application forms and confirming each candidate’s educational background. Your main responsibility will be to review the submitted applications, extract key details with zero data loss, and then verify every claimed degree or credential by contacting the issuing institutions directly.
Here is what the engagement looks like from my side: I forward you batches of scanned or PDF employment applications. You log each applicant’s information into the shared spreadsheet, flag any missing items, and begin verification calls or emails to registrars or student-records offices. Once a school confirms (or denies) the credential, you record the outcome, attach proof, and mark the case complete so I can move to the next hiring step.
Because accuracy matters more than speed for us, I consider the task finished only when every field in the sheet matches the documentation returned by the institution and I can trace the audit trail you maintained—date contacted, name of registrar, and confirmation reference number.
Deliverables
• Clean, fully-populated application data spreadsheet for each batch
• Verification log with institution responses and supporting files (emails, letters, or call notes)
• Summary report highlighting discrepancies or unverifiable claims
If you already have experience liaising with universities or vocational schools, all the better. Strong written English, polite phone etiquette, and meticulous record-keeping are essential. Let me know your usual turnaround time per 25 applications and any relevant tools or CRMs you prefer—Google Workspace, Excel, Airtable, etc.—so we can get started right away.
