I am looking for an expert to help me develop a solution based on a database that includes the names and surnames of employees, along with the dates on which they last worked on specific routes or at specific locations.
Each route has a validity period of one year. Therefore, I need a system that automatically calculates and alerts me when an employee’s authorization for a particular route is about to expire or has already expired. Some routes have specific names, and I want to ensure that at any given moment I can easily verify whether a particular employee is still valid for each route without having to manually search through all the data.
Key Requirements:
A database/table with employee names, route names, and last activity dates.
Automatic calculation of route expiry (1 year from the last date).
Visual alerts (e.g., conditional formatting or dashboard indicators) showing:
When a route is still valid.
When it is about to expire (e.g., within 30 days).
When it has already expired.
A user-friendly interface or dashboard that allows me to instantly check the current status for any employee and any route.
The solution should be scalable and easy to maintain as more data is added over time.
