Employee Document Data Updates
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I need help streamlining the way our employee files are kept up-to-date. The focus is purely on document management—specifically, updating personnel data across all active and archived records.
Here’s what the job looks like from my side: I will give you access to our existing folder structure (mostly PDF scans and Word forms) along with the latest HR spreadsheets. Your task is to cross-check each record, fill in any missing fields, and rename or move files so everything follows a consistent format. Accuracy and confidentiality are critical because the information includes personal IDs, contracts, and performance notes.
You may use the tools you are most comfortable with—Excel, Google Sheets, or any standard HRIS import template—so long as the final hand-off is a clean, organized set of digital folders plus a master sheet that reflects the latest employee data. I will verify the changes by sampling entries against our HR system, so meticulous version tracking will speed up approval.
If you have prior experience handling sensitive HR documentation and can turn this around quickly, let’s get started.
