Emails to Excel Conversion
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I have a collection of Word documents from which I need every email address harvested and transferred into a single Excel workbook. In the spreadsheet I want four clear, consistently-formatted columns:
• Email Address
• First Name
• Last Name
• Role (Sender / Recipient / CC / BCC)
Because the original files do not supply names, please leave the First Name and Last Name cells blank unless a name appears directly alongside the address. For the “primary” grouping—work, personal, etc.—treat every record as Uncategorized; the only breakdown that matters is whether the address was a Sender, Recipient, CC, or BCC in the source document.
Accuracy matters more than speed. I’ll review with filters, so remove duplicates and keep the formatting clean (no trailing spaces, consistent case). A simple VBA routine, Power Query, or even regular-expression search in Word would be fine so long as the final .xlsx arrives error-free and on time.
