Email Scraping & Spreadsheet Cleanup
Budget: $30 – $250 CAD
I have five Excel workbooks listing our current contacts, yet many entries are still missing email addresses. Your main job is to visit each contact’s client-facing website—occasionally their Facebook page when the site provides no address—and capture the correct email.
As you work, please update every sheet directly and observe these housekeeping rules:
• Delete truly empty rows so each list stays compact.
• Tidy obvious formatting issues such as stray spaces, inconsistent capitalization, or misplaced data.
• When an email cannot be found or looks invalid, simply highlight that cell so my team can double-check it later; do not delete the row.
I will supply the five spreadsheets and the corresponding contact URLs. When you return the files I expect them to be complete, neatly formatted, and ready for mail-merge without any broken rows or hidden surprises.
