50,000 Electronics Shop Listings Upload on Ebay and Website

I need around 50,000 electronics SKUs entered into our central listing tool, which simultaneously feeds both our own website and our eBay store. Each SKU must be uploaded with its correct title, price, specifications, and the gallery of images we will supply. A ready-made description template is already in place; the task is to populate it accurately, keep formatting intact, and make sure every variation or attribute is selected so the listings pass marketplace checks on the first try.

The work includes:

• Importing the data in bulk (CSV or via the platform’s web form—whichever is faster while preserving data integrity).
• Attaching the provided images to their corresponding products, verifying that thumbnails, gallery, and zoom views render properly.
• Spot-checking live listings to confirm titles and descriptions appear exactly as the template dictates and that there are no broken links or missing specs.
• Supplying progress updates every 5,000 items so I can reconcile inventory counts against what is live.

Acceptance criteria
1. 100 % of the 50,000 electronics, Saftey , and Sports items are visible both on our site and on eBay.
2. Descriptions follow the supplied template with no added or omitted HTML.
3. All images display without distortion or placeholder icons.
4. A final CSV or export confirming SKU, listing ID, and live URL is delivered for record-keeping.

Tools on the table include the built-in bulk uploader, Excel/Google Sheets for data prep, and any lightweight image verifier you prefer. Speed is important, but accuracy is critical; listings that need correction will count against the total only once they are live and error-free.
