Ecommerce Email & Data Management
Budget: ₹100 – ₹400 INR
I’m looking for reliable support to keep our ecommerce communications and back-end data perfectly in sync. On the email side, you’ll log into our Mailchimp account daily to respond to customer support queries, schedule newsletters, and make sure every order confirmation or status update goes out on time without errors.
At the same time, I need our catalogue and CRM details kept current. That means updating product descriptions, prices, and images when changes roll in, adjusting stock counts so inventory levels stay accurate, and correcting or enriching customer records whenever fresh information appears.
Deliverables I’ll review each week:
• Clean Mailchimp inbox with all customer questions resolved or escalated.
• Newsletter campaign drafted, scheduled, and tagged properly.
• Order automation flows checked and any failed sends re-queued.
• Spreadsheet (or CSV) logs showing what product, inventory, and customer fields you updated, with timestamps.
If you already handle similar tasks for an online store and know your way around Mailchimp’s audiences, tags, segments, and automations, you’ll get up to speed quickly. Accuracy and clear communication are the priority; tools like Excel or Google Sheets for bulk edits are fine as long as the final data lands correctly in the platform.
Let me know your experience with Mailchimp and routine data upkeep for ecommerce, plus how soon you could start.
