Dayforce HR Core Configuration Help
Budget: $250 – $750 CAD
I’m midway through a Dayforce HR Core deployment and need an extra set of expert hands on the employee data management side. The immediate focus is system configuration and customization rather than data entry or validation.
Scope
• Fine-tune access-permission sets so managers, HR partners, and execs see only what they should.
• Rework the organisational structure (divisions, departments, locations) so it reflects our current hierarchy and future growth plans.
• Configure job-step-rate tables to align with our compensation framework, ensuring the right rate populates automatically during job changes or promotions.
Acceptance criteria
• All security roles tested in Dayforce with no unintended data exposure.
• Org tree fully loaded and visible in HR Core without errors.
• Job step rates calculating correctly in a sample promotion and transfer scenario.
We will collaborate in real time via Teams; I can share my sandbox credentials and change logs. If you’ve previously configured these elements in Dayforce, especially for multi-entity organisations, I’d love to pair up and finish this sprint quickly and cleanly.
