I am seeking a skilled freelancer to undertake a two-stage project involving the validation and enrichment of our existing database, which contains 1.3 million public accounts stored in CSV/Excel format. The first stage involves validating the data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and correct mapping across multiple sites. In the second stage, the goal is to increase the fill-rate of unmapped accounts and enrich them with publicly available metadata.
