Data Entry & Template Setup

I have a batch of raw information that needs to be typed accurately and organised in a clear, easy-to-read format. I don’t yet have a template, so your first task will be to create one that makes sense for the data and is simple for anyone to update later. Once the structure is approved, you’ll populate it with the records I supply and double-check for consistency and errors.

Speed is appreciated but accuracy is critical; I would rather have the job done right than rushed. Please be comfortable designing basic spreadsheet or document layouts (Excel, Google Sheets or a comparable tool) and entering data with zero formatting issues. When you deliver, I expect:

• The finished, fully populated file in its native format
• The blank reusable template
• A quick note describing any data-cleaning rules or validations you set up
