Data Entry Team or Company Required
We are looking for a data entry team to work on an invoice data entry project on our own system.
Project Details:
• The project consists of entering invoice data into our own electronic system
• The total project is divided across 13 months
• Each month contains approximately 12,000 invoices
• The total number of invoices is approximately 160,000 invoices
• The data entry task is very simple and mainly depends on entering numbers and clear data only, then transferring them into the system
• Full instructions and workflow explanation will be provided before starting
• Accuracy, speed, and commitment to deadlines are essential factors in this project
Budget & Payment:
• Total project value for the full 13 months: $1,300
• Payment will be made in monthly stages after completing, submitting, and reviewing each month’s work
• Payment value for each month: $100
• The delivery and completion period for each month’s data entry is only 5 days from the date of receiving the files
• If the monthly invoice quantity exceeds the mentioned number, an additional payment will be calculated based on the extra quantity
Team Requirements:
• The team must consist of at least 10 people minimum
• There must be a Team Leader or Project Manager responsible for managing the team
• All follow-ups and communication will be only with the team manager
And will be responsible for:
• Following up with the team
• Delivering tasks within the required timeline
• Ensuring data quality and accuracy
• Organizing workflow and communication

• A simple test may be requested before starting
• We deal with a team manager and a full team only
